Updesh Rana is a nationalist Hindustani and Hindu. Updesh Rana was born in the city of Meerut in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India. His childhood was also spent in Meerut city itself. He completed his education from Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Education and after that he enrolled in Chaudhary Charan Singh Meerut College.

During his studies, Upadesh Rana was involved in activities related to Hindus. Updesh Rana considers Maharana Pratap, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Veer Prithviraj Chauhan, Bhagat Singh and Sukhdev Guru as his role models. After completing his studies, Updesh Rana moved to Mumbai to pursue a career in Bollywood
He is the chairman of Sanatan Sangh Charitable trust which works in different areas like Blood donation, Gomata Seva, Education of poor family’s girls, Celebration of religious and national festivals,Organizing lectures on importance of Hindu religion,To help Medical college students to get reserved seats.,To help the backward class people at villages,To establish, maintain and help Balwadi Balmandir Primary School, Ashram and primary Vidyala in villages. Establishment of public education centre ETC.
